Successfully complete your chosen course and you will be awarded either the:
- Certificate in Conditioning for Golf
- Certificate in Conditioning for Football
- Certificate in Conditioning for Tennis
- Certificate in Conditioning for Road Cycling
To help you succeed with your training, you will receive:

Our student support team can be contacted by phone and email during your training to give you useful information on the course structure.
You will need to have achieved the NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training qualification.
Your first course materials will be sent to you when you enrol. You can then start straight away and progress when and where you wish.
You will then need to submit a written case study training programme.
Successfully complete a written case study based upon a fitness training programme for a client.
- You could enhance your earning potential by developing specialist programmes
You can:
- Enrol on one course: pay the total course fee of £195 in one sum and receive a Free NUS/Totum card
- or
- Enrol on two courses: either pay the total course fee of £330 in one sum and receive a Free NUS/Totum card
OR pay a deposit of £150 followed by 2 instalments of £90 - or
- Enrol on all four courses: either pay the total course fee of £545 in one sum and receive a Free NUS/Totum card
OR pay a deposit of £155 followed by 3 payments of £130
